PJ Gallaghers Parramatta, Patrick Gallagher the owner and namesake of this Parramatta institution talks about the inspiration behind the multi-million dollar fit out, this is a serious Irish Pub, with all of the fit out and artefacts being imported directly from Ireland. Patrick explains why they decided to make it an Irish Pub, and what being an Irish Pub is all about. With the somewhat corporate feel about this Pub, PJs is a family owned affair, with little touches of family sprinkled throughout the place, such as the excellent wine selection all named after Patrick and Angelas children.
